Lament, ye that inhabit the [city] that has been broken down, for all the people has become like Chanaan; and all that were exalted by silver have been utterly destroyed.
Wail, O dwellers of the Hollow (note: Or the market district or the Mortar), for all your merchants (note: Or all the people of Canaan) will be silenced; all who weigh out silver will be cut off.
