Et je répandrai sur la maison de David et sur l'habitant de Jérusalem un esprit de grâce et de supplication, et ils tourneront les yeux vers moi qu'ils ont transpercé. Et ils feront le deuil sur lui, comme on fait le deuil sur un fils unique ; ils pleureront amèrement sur lui, comme on pleure amèrement sur un premier-né.
Then I will pour out on the house of David and on the people of Jerusalem a spirit (note: Or the Spirit) of grace and prayer, and they will look on Me (note: Or to Me), the One they have pierced (note: Cited in John 19:37). They will mourn for Him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for Him as one grieves for a firstborn son.
