עַל־ הָֽרֹעִים֙ חָרָ֣ה אַפִּ֔י וְעַל־ הָעַתּוּדִ֖ים אֶפְק֑וֹד כִּֽי־ פָקַד֩ יְהוָ֨ה צְבָא֤וֹת אֶת־ עֶדְרוֹ֙ אֶת־ בֵּ֣ית יְהוּדָ֔ה וְשָׂ֣ם אוֹתָ֔ם כְּס֥וּס הוֹד֖וֹ בַּמִּלְחָמָֽה׃
“My anger burns against the shepherds, and I will punish the leaders (note: Or these male goats). For the LORD of Hosts attends to His flock, the house of Judah; He will make them like His royal steed in battle.
