Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished (note: Heb. visited upon) the goats: for the Lord of hosts hath visited his flock the house of Judah, and hath made them as his goodly horse in the battle.
“My anger burns against the shepherds, and I will punish the leaders (note: Or these male goats). For the LORD of Hosts attends to His flock, the house of Judah; He will make them like His royal steed in battle.
