Tout est pur pour ceux qui sont purs; mais rien n’est pur pour ceux qui sont souillés et incrédules, leur intelligence et leur conscience sont souillées.
To the pure, all things are pure; but to the defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure. Indeed, both their minds and their consciences are defiled.
