Τῷ γὰρ Μωϋσῇ λέγει, Ἐλεήσω ὃν ἂν ἐλεῶ, καὶ οἰκτειρήσω ὃν ἂν οἰκτείρω.

For He says to Moses: “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom .”
