τῷ Μωϋσεῖ γὰρ λέγει Ἐλεήσω ὃν ἂν ἐλεῶ καὶ οἰκτιρήσω ὃν ἂν οἰκτίρω
For He says to Moses: “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion (note: Exodus 33:19).”
