5:13
ἄχρι γὰρ νόμου ἁμαρτία ἦν ἐν κόσμῳ· ἁμαρτία δὲ οὐκ ἐλλογεῖται, μὴ ὄντος νόμου.
For sin was in the world before the law was given; but sin is not taken into account when there is no law.
