Διὸ ἀνάγκη ὑποτάσσεσθαι, οὐ μόνον διὰ τὴν ὀργήν, ἀλλὰ καὶ διὰ τὴν συνείδησιν.
Therefore it is necessary to submit to authority, not only to avoid punishment, but also as a matter of conscience.
