Διὸ ἀνάγκη ὑποτάσσεσθαι οὐ μόνον διὰ τὴν ὀργὴν ἀλλὰ καὶ διὰ τὴν συνείδησιν
Therefore it is necessary to submit to authority, not only to avoid punishment, but also as a matter of conscience.
