εἰ δὲ χάριτι, οὐκέτι ἐξ ἔργων· ἐπεὶ ἡ χάρις οὐκέτι γίνεται χάρις. εἰ δὲ ἐξ ἔργων, οὐκέτι ἐστὶ χάρις· ἐπεὶ τὸ ἔργον οὐκέτι ἐστὶν ἔργον.
And if it is by grace (note: BYZ and TR include But if it is by works, then it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work.), then it is no longer by works. Otherwise, grace would no longer be grace.
