εἰ δὲ χάριτι οὐκέτι ἐξ ἔργων ἐπεὶ ἡ χάρις οὐκέτι γίνεται χάρις
And if it is by grace (note: BYZ and TR include But if it is by works, then it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work.), then it is no longer by works. Otherwise, grace would no longer be grace.
