Et la bête fut prise, et avec elle le faux prophète, qui avait fait devant elle les prodiges par lesquels il avait séduit ceux qui avaient pris la marque de la bête et adoré son image. Ils furent tous les deux jetés vivants dans l’étang ardent de feu et de soufre.
But the beast was captured along with the false prophet, who on its behalf had performed signs deceiving those who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. Both the beast and the false prophet were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.
