מֹ֘שֵׁ֤ל בִּגְבוּרָת֨וֹ׀ עוֹלָ֗ם עֵ֭ינָיו בַּגּוֹיִ֣ם תִּצְפֶּ֑ינָה הַסּוֹרְרִ֓ים׀ אַל־ יָרִימוּ לָ֣מוֹ סֶֽלָה׃
He rules forever by His power; His eyes watch the nations. Do not let the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah
