יִקְרָ֣א אֶל־ הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם מֵעָ֑ל וְאֶל־ הָ֝אָ֗רֶץ לָדִ֥ין עַמּֽוֹ׃
He summons the heavens above, and the earth, that He may judge His people:
