Blessed [is] the man whose hope is the name of the Lord, and [who] has not regarded vanities and false frenzies.
40:4 Blessed is the man who has made the LORD his trust, who has not turned to the proud, nor to those who lapse into falsehood (note: Or who turn aside to false gods or who run after lies).
