לִבִּ֣י סְ֭חַרְחַר עֲזָבַ֣נִי כֹחִ֑י וְֽאוֹר־ עֵינַ֥י גַּם־ הֵ֝֗ם אֵ֣ין אִתִּֽי׃
My heart pounds, my strength fails, and even the light of my eyes has faded.
