כִּֽי־ הֶ֭חֱרַשְׁתִּי בָּל֣וּ עֲצָמָ֑י בְּ֝שַׁאֲגָתִ֗י כָּל־ הַיּֽוֹם׃
When I kept silent, my bones became brittle from my groaning all day long.
