לָ֭מָּה רָגְשׁ֣וּ גוֹיִ֑ם וּ֝לְאֻמִּ֗ים יֶהְגּוּ־ רִֽיק׃
Why do the nations rage (note: Or noisily assemble; see Revelation 11:18.) and the peoples plot in vain?
