Εἰς τὸ τέλος· φαλμὸς τῷ Δαυείδ. Εἶπεν ἄφρων ἐν καρδίᾳ αὐτοῦ Οὐκ ἔστιν θεός. διέφθειραν καὶ ἐβδελύχθησαν ἐν ἐπιτηδεύμασιν, οὐκ ἔστιν ποιῶν χρηστότητα, οὐκ ἔστιν ἕως ἑνός.
14:1 For the choirmaster. Of David. The fool (note: The Hebrew words rendered fool throughout the Psalms denote one who is morally deficient.) says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt; their acts are vile. There is no one who does good.
