אֲפָפ֤וּנִי׀ חֶבְלֵי־ מָ֗וֶת וּמְצָרֵ֣י שְׁא֣וֹל מְצָא֑וּנִי צָרָ֖ה וְיָג֣וֹן אֶמְצָֽא׃
The ropes of death entangled me; the anguish of Sheol overcame me; I was confronted by trouble and sorrow.
