שֹׁפֵ֣ךְ בּ֭וּז עַל־ נְדִיבִ֑ים וַ֝יַּתְעֵ֗ם בְּתֹ֣הוּ לֹא־ דָֽרֶךְ׃
He pours out contempt on the nobles and makes them wander in a trackless wasteland.
