תַּֽהְפֻּכ֨וֹת׀ בְּלִבּ֗וֹ חֹרֵ֣שׁ רָ֣ע בְּכָל־ עֵ֑ת מְדָנִים יְשַׁלֵּֽחַ׃
With deceit in his heart he devises evil; he continually sows discord.
