אַל־ תִּמְנַע־ ט֥וֹב מִבְּעָלָ֑יו בִּהְי֨וֹת לְאֵ֖ל יָדֶיךָ לַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃
Do not withhold good from the deserving (note: Or from its owners) when it is within your power to act.
