בִּרְב֣וֹת רְ֭שָׁעִים יִרְבֶּה־ פָּ֑שַׁע וְ֝צַדִּיקִ֗ים בְּֽמַפַּלְתָּ֥ם יִרְאֽוּ׃
When the wicked thrive, rebellion increases; but the righteous will see their downfall.
