נְשִׂיאִ֣ים וְ֭רוּחַ וְגֶ֣שֶׁם אָ֑יִן אִ֥ישׁ מִ֝תְהַלֵּ֗ל בְּמַתַּת־ שָֽׁקֶר׃
Like clouds and wind without rain is the man who boasts of gifts never given.
