כִּ֣י בְ֭תַחְבֻּלוֹת תַּעֲשֶׂה־ לְּךָ֣ מִלְחָמָ֑ה וּ֝תְשׁוּעָ֗ה בְּרֹ֣ב יוֹעֵֽץ׃
Only with sound guidance should you wage war, and victory lies in a multitude of counselors.
