מְכַסֶּ֣ה שִׂ֭נְאָה שִׂפְתֵי־ שָׁ֑קֶר וּמוֹצִ֥א דִ֝בָּ֗ה ה֣וּא כְסִֽיל׃
The one who conceals hatred has lying lips, and whoever spreads slander is a fool.
