בְּשִׂפְתֵ֣י נָ֭בוֹן תִּמָּצֵ֣א חָכְמָ֑ה וְ֝שֵׁ֗בֶט לְגֵ֣ו חֲסַר־ לֵֽב׃
Wisdom is found on the lips of the discerning, but a rod is for the back of him who lacks judgment.
