All the men of thy confederacy have brought thee even to the border: the men that were at peace (note: Heb. the men of thy peace) with thee have deceived thee, and prevailed again (note: Or, of it)st thee; they that eat thy bread (note: Heb. the men of thy bread) have laid a wound under thee: there is none understanding in him.
All the men allied with you will drive you to the border; the men at peace with you will deceive and overpower you. Those who eat your bread will set a trap for you without your awareness of it.
