וְאִם־ יָצֹ֥א יֵצֵ֖א הָרֹצֵ֑חַ אֶת־ גְּבוּל֙ עִ֣יר מִקְלָט֔וֹ אֲשֶׁ֥ר יָנ֖וּס שָֽׁמָּה׃
But if the manslayer ever goes outside the limits of the city of refuge to which he fled
