Then divide the captives between the troops who went out to battle and the rest of the congregation.
וְחָצִ֙יתָ֙ אֶת־ הַמַּלְק֔וֹחַ בֵּ֚ין תֹּפְשֵׂ֣י הַמִּלְחָמָ֔ה הַיֹּצְאִ֖ים לַצָּבָ֑א וּבֵ֖ין כָּל־ הָעֵדָֽה׃
