The tribe of Issachar will camp next to it. The leader of the Issacharites is Nethanel son of Zuar,
וְהַחֹנִ֥ים עָלָ֖יו מַטֵּ֣ה יִשָּׂשכָ֑ר וְנָשִׂיא֙ לִבְנֵ֣י יִשָּׂשכָ֔ר נְתַנְאֵ֖ל בֶּן־ צוּעָֽר׃
