But the soul that doeth ought presumptuously (note: Heb. with an high hand), whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the Lord; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
But the person who sins defiantly, whether a native or foreigner, blasphemes the LORD. That person shall be cut off from among his people.
