וְתָקְע֖וּ בָּהֵ֑ן וְנֽוֹעֲד֤וּ אֵלֶ֙יךָ֙ כָּל־ הָ֣עֵדָ֔ה אֶל־ פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד׃
When both are sounded, the whole congregation is to assemble before you at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.
