Und die Kinder zogen hinein und nahmen das Land ein; und du demütigtest vor ihnen die Einwohner des Landes, die Kanaaniter, und gabst sie in ihre Hände, ihre Könige und die Völker im Lande, dass sie mit ihnen täten nach ihrem Willen.
So their descendants went in and possessed the land; You subdued before them the Canaanites dwelling in the land. You delivered into their hands the kings and peoples of the land, to do with them as they wished.
