אביי אמר כגון דאמר אי נמי לאו פלוני הוא אי הוי נזיר ומאי לא נתקיימו דבריו לא נתקיימו דבריו הראשונים אלא דבריו אחרונים:
הרתיע לאחוריו אינו נזיר כו': טעמא משום דהרתיע לאחוריו הא אתי לקמן הוי נזיר מני
