Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep (note: Heb. feast) thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked (note: Heb. Belial) shall no more pass through thee; he is utterly cut off.
Look to the mountains—the feet of one who brings good news, who proclaims peace! Celebrate your feasts, O Judah; fulfill your vows. For the wicked will never again march through you; they will be utterly cut off.
