מִמֵּ֣ךְ יָצָ֔א חֹשֵׁ֥ב עַל־ יְהוָ֖ה רָעָ֑ה יֹעֵ֖ץ בְּלִיָּֽעַל׃ס
From you, O Nineveh, comes forth a plotter of evil against the LORD, a counselor of wickedness.
