Εἶχον δὲ τότε δέσμιον ἐπίσημον, λεγόμενον Βαραββᾶν.
At that time they were holding a notorious prisoner named Barabbas (note: SBL and NA Jesus Barabbas; also in verse 17, but universally called Barabbas in verses 20, 21, and 26).
