Τότε ἤρξατο καταθεματίζειν καὶ ὀμνύειν ὅτι Οὐκ οἶδα τὸν ἄνθρωπον. Καὶ εὐθέως ἀλέκτωρ ἐφώνησεν.
At that he began to curse and swear to them, “I do not know the man!” And immediately a rooster crowed.
