And unto one he gave five talents (note: a talent is 187. pound 10. Shillings, chap. 18.24), to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
To one he gave five talents (note: A talent was worth about twenty years’ wages for a laborer.), to another two talents, and to another one talent—each according to his own ability. And he went on his journey.
