Omnis qui audit verbum regni, et non intelligit, venit malus, et rapit quod seminatum est in corde ejus : hic est qui secus viam seminatus est.
When anyone hears the message of the kingdom but does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown (note: Literally the one sown; also in verses 20, 22, and 23) in his heart. This is the seed sown along the path.
