Jésus, l’ayant regardé, l’aima, et lui dit: Il te manque une chose; va, vends tout ce que tu as, donne-le aux pauvres, et tu auras un trésor dans le ciel. Puis viens, et suis-moi.*
Jesus looked at him, loved him, and said to him, “There is one thing you lack: Go, sell everything you own and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow Me (note: BYZ and TR Then come, take up the cross, and follow Me.).”
