ἀλλ’ οὐδὲ Ἡρῴδης· ἀνέπεμψα γὰρ ὑμᾶς πρὸς αὐτόν, καὶ ἰδού, οὐδὲν ἄξιον θανάτου ἐστὶν πεπραγμένον αὐτῷ.
Neither has Herod, for he sent Him back to us. As you can see, He has done nothing deserving of death.
