The soul which shall be really unconscious, and shall sin unwillingly in any of the holy things of the Lord, shall even bring to the Lord for his transgression, a ram of the flock without blemish, valued according to shekels of silver according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for his [transgression] wherein he transgressed.
“If someone acts unfaithfully and sins unintentionally against any of the LORD’s holy things, he must bring his guilt offering to the LORD: an unblemished ram from the flock, of proper value (note: Or flock or its equivalence) in silver shekel (note: A shekel is approximately 0.4 ounces or 11.4 grams of silver.)s according to the sanctuary shekel; it is a guilt offering.
