“Take the blasphemer (note: Literally the one who cursed; also in verse 23) outside the camp, and have all who heard him lay their hands on his head; then have the whole assembly stone him.
הוֹצֵ֣א אֶת־ הַֽמְקַלֵּ֗ל אֶל־ מִחוּץ֙ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔ה וְסָמְכ֧וּ כָֽל־ הַשֹּׁמְעִ֛ים אֶת־ יְדֵיהֶ֖ם עַל־ רֹאשׁ֑וֹ וְרָגְמ֥וּ אֹת֖וֹ כָּל־ הָעֵדָֽה׃
