כִּ֤י כָל־ הַנֶּ֙פֶשׁ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹֽא־ תְעֻנֶּ֔ה בְּעֶ֖צֶם הַיּ֣וֹם הַזֶּ֑ה וְנִכְרְתָ֖ה מֵֽעַמֶּֽיהָ׃
If anyone does not humble himself on this day, he must be cut off from his people.
