And a calf or a sheep with the ears cut off, or that has lost its tail, thou shalt slay them for thyself; but they shall not be accepted for thy vow.
You may present as a freewill offering an ox (note: Or a bull or a cow) or sheep that has a deformed or stunted limb, but it is not acceptable in fulfillment of a vow.
