לֹא־ תֵלֵ֤ךְ רָכִיל֙ בְּעַמֶּ֔יךָ לֹ֥א תַעֲמֹ֖ד עַל־ דַּ֣ם רֵעֶ֑ךָ אֲנִ֖י יְהוָֽה׃
